Our Team

Jyoti Group’s growth is not the result of just one man’s labour though we owe much to our founder chairman. The real power behind the engine that has powered us to success beyond expectations is our human resource. We made it a point to hand pick people based on their skills in specific areas and to provide a harmonized nurturing environment that avoids competitiveness at work while furthering team work.

Jyoti Group has an hierarchical structure simulating a corporate structure but with the vital difference that everyone knows everyone from top to bottom and can freely interact, share ideas, and contribute innovatively to a better work culture. Our team represents professional diversity ranging from back office IT experts to on the field engineers as well as financial experts and management experts on our team. We are proud of each member.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Jyoti Group and its group companies individually and collectively remain grateful to the human resources we have, the community, and the country, for our progress and prosperity. We have committed ourselves to giving back to the community what we have received. There are several CSR initiatives managed and implemented by our in-house team and we also collaborate with independent NGOs for social causes and humanitarian projects.

We realize some of our activities, if not done properly, may harm the environment. As such, even if it involves massive investments, we have put in equipments that control and minimize effects of our operations on the environment. Greening the environment is a top priority for us, especially where we are engaged in mining and stone crushing. We make it a point to install dust collection equipments, and to reforest areas. In various other areas too we fulfil our duties such as improved living and working conditions for site workers, health care, education for children, women empowerment and skill development courses. We have a will; we will find a way to create a better world for all our stakeholders and community members.
